• the product has not been used and shows no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;

• the product is fully complete and the factory packaging is preserved;

• all labels and factory markings are preserved;

• the product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties.

• Refunds are processed by bank transfer within 7 days from the moment we receive the package.
